His Truth, Not Mine, The Tie

Breakfast Date

Chloe and I enjoyed some bonding time this morning by going out for breakfast. I tried to talk her into trying something different--but she wanted Village Inn again, so that's where we went. 

We had fun. Being a dad is so cool!

Date Night

Jeremy and I had an enjoyable evening out together--thanks to the young people from the chapel who willingly gave up their night to watch all the kiddos. There are lots of pictures of the kids and the fun time they had on the chapel website. We have a wonderful group of young people who are so willing to serve the Lord in many ways. Thanks again!

Sportsmanship

Sports is typified (and perhaps even defined) by who wins and who loses. This clip from ESPN shows that there is sometimes more to the game than just the final score.

Happy Birthday, Lydia!

Our baby turned “2” today—I can hardly believe it.  We celebrated early due to a busy weekend.  She had a “Strawberry Shortcake” birthday cake.  We are so thankful she is a part of our family.  She has quite the personality and we have a lot of fun with her.
